Terms of Service

RankOne helps local service businesses grow online. Depending on your plan, services may include website design and hosting, search engine optimization (SEO), AI search visibility, Google Business Profile optimization, review and reputation tools, lead follow-up, customer reactivation, CRM and automation software, and a business phone number for calls and texts.

Your proposal or checkout page describes what your plan includes. We may add or improve features over time.

You must be at least 18 and using our services for a lawful business. You agree to keep your account information accurate and your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by your team.

Pricing. Prices are as shown in your proposal or at checkout. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

Billing. Fees are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for all amounts due.

Usage charges. Phone numbers, text messages, calls, and similar usage are billed separately at the rates shown in your account.

Third-party costs. Ad spend, domain registration, and other third-party costs are paid by you and are not included unless your proposal says so.

Taxes. Prices do not include applicable taxes.

New clients may request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment by emailing info@rankonesystems.com. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable. Usage charges, ad spend, and other third-party costs are non-refundable.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge. If the balance is still unpaid after 7 days, we may pause your services until it is paid.

You can cancel at any time by emailing info@rankonesystems.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again after that.

Websites we build are hosted on our platform and provided as part of an active subscription. If your subscription ends, your website will be taken offline.

You keep ownership of the content you provide, such as your logo, photos, text, and customer data. Our templates, designs, software, and automations remain our property. If a domain is registered in your name, it stays yours.

You own your data. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export it, after which we may delete it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

When you use our platform to text, call, or email your customers, you are the sender. You are responsible for:

Getting proper consent before sending messages

Honoring opt-out requests (such as STOP) right away

Following applicable laws and carrier rules, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC in the US, and CASL in Canada

We may pause messaging on any account that appears to be sending spam or non-compliant messages.

If you opt in to receive text messages from RankOne, such as through a form on our website, you agree to receive messages about our services, appointments, account updates, and offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to use our services to:

Send spam or unlawful messages

Upload content you do not have the rights to use

Promote anything illegal, misleading, or harmful

Hack, copy, or reverse-engineer our platform

Resell our services without our written permission

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

We work hard to grow your business, but results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and AI platform changes, your market, and how you follow up with leads. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, calls, reviews, or revenue. Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover us for claims arising from your content, your messages to your customers, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or end your services if you break these Terms, do not pay, or use our services in a way that creates legal risk for us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and your proposal make up the full agreement between us.
